Our Factory

Capabilities

 

 

Our factory is equipped with latest technologies and modern machinery. We specialize in production of fruit distillates and strong alcoholic beverages (fruit vodka, brandy, calvados).

Factory reception is equipped with Italian machines and is capable of processing 50 tons of raw materials daily.

For Water filtration (reverse osmosis 3.5 tons / hour) we use machinery of an American company – AO Smith.

Product filtration – triple cartridge: 1.5 / 1 / 0.5 micron.

WE have implemented 12 bar Italian boiler system from an Italian company “MINGAZZINI”.

Storage of alcohols, spirits mixing and facilities for our fermentation are equipped with stainless steel tanks from the Italian company “BARISON 316” with ability of warming/cooling as well as blending.

The total volume of tanks is 1,000,000 liters.

Distillation

Our distillation plant is equipped with machines of the Italian company “FRILLI”, besides that we have implemented PLC system (programmable logic controller).

Continuous corner column (50 tons of raw materials per day of distillation).

The distiller (Alambic) has a volume of 1,500 liters; (6,500 liters per day).

Total volume of pure alcohol production: 5,000 liters per day.

Bottling

The bottling line is completed by the equipment of the Italian company “GAI”. The production capacity is 1000 liters per hour (the volume of the bottle is from 0.1 to 2 liters).
